自動車整備分野特定技能協議会へ加入方法

協議会員の遵守事項 協議会員になると，次の事項を遵守する義務があります。

受入れする特定技能外国人の情報の適切な保管 入管法やその他法律の遵守 特定技能外国人の引き抜き行為をしないこと 大都市圏での受入れ自粛要請があった場合に応じること 技能要件を満たしていない特定技能外国人を雇用しないこと 協議会の定める届出の履行 協議会の調査等への協力

加入タイミング 協議会への加入は，初めて特定技能外国人を雇用してから４ヶ月以内に行う必要があります。

なお，２人目の特定技能外国人雇用時（初めての受入れから４ヶ月以内は除く）や，その後のビザ更新時に協議会へ加入できていない場合は，ビザ申請が不許可となる点については注意して下さい。

加入手続き 国土交通省のサイト より，協議会加入申請に必要な書類をダウンロードして，必要事項を記入後に，特定技能外国人を受入れする事業所管轄の地方運輸局へ直接持参または郵送にて申請書類を提出します。
